01What can Rachelle Design Studio help with?

Explore services →02Can we work together while I am outside Portugal?
Yes, home furnishing can be organised remotely. To begin, share the property details, floor plan, photographs, preferences and intended budget. Property access, measurements, delivery acceptance and other on-site arrangements are agreed separately.

An interior design project defines the layout, concept, materials and interior choices, with an agreed set of visualisations and working drawings. Furnishing covers selecting and purchasing furniture, lighting, textiles and decor, as well as deliveries, assembly and preparing the home for living. The precise scope is agreed for your property.

Yes. If you have an interior design project, architectural plan or approved concept, we can discuss support with missing items, orders, deliveries and coordination of interior-related tasks. I first review your documents and the current condition of the property, then suggest an appropriate scope.
Explore implementation support →05Can I start with a consultation instead of a full design project?
Yes. A consultation addresses specific questions about layout, furniture arrangement, colour, materials or lighting. It can take place online or at the property; on-site availability depends on the location. A full set of working drawings and 3D visualisations is not included in a consultation.
Explore consultations →06What should I prepare before our first discussion?
Share a dimensioned floor plan, photographs or video, the floor area and property location. Briefly describe its current condition, your goals, intended budget and timing. Include any existing design documents or examples of interiors you like.
Tell me about your project →07How are the service fee and furnishing budget determined?
The fee depends on the property size, condition, brief and agreed service scope. The budget for furniture, materials and other purchases is discussed separately from the studio fee. After reviewing the property, we can establish the appropriate service and scope.
Discuss the scope →08How long does a design or furnishing project take?
Timing depends on the scope, approvals, product availability and deliveries. For the 200 m² house in Leiria, the plan was 45 days and actual move-in preparation took 47 days. This is the outcome of one project, rather than a standard timeframe for every property.

I suggest options that suit the dimensions, style and intended budget, and agree them with you. If an item is unavailable, we discuss a suitable replacement. Ordering, delivery coordination, acceptance and assembly depend on the chosen and agreed service scope.
How furnishing works →10How do I start working with the studio?
Send an enquiry through the contact page with a brief description of the property and your needs. After reviewing your materials, we will discuss whether a consultation, interior design project, furnishing or implementation support is suitable. Sending an enquiry does not itself order a complete service package.
