Layout review and correction

I review an existing floor plan for a house or apartment up to 60 m², checking furniture arrangement, circulation and functional zones. You receive suggested corrections with comments on how to use the space more comfortably.

The service covers an apartment or house of up to 60 m². It is suitable when you already have a floor plan and want to check the furniture arrangement, circulation and use of space before buying furniture or starting work.

What should you send?

1. A dimensioned floor plan*

Provide the existing floor plan or a measured survey of the apartment or house. Main dimensions and the positions of windows and doors must be clearly readable. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG. Maximum size per file: 1 MB.

2. A description of your question*

Explain what concerns you about the current layout and what matters most. For example: insufficient storage, an awkward dining area, a home office requirement, or uncertainty about furniture size or placement.

3. Who will use the space*

State the number of residents and important requirements. For example: two adults and a child, a home office, additional storage, or frequent guests.

4. Elements that cannot or should not change

For example: the position of the kitchen or plumbing, existing partitions, or furniture you have already bought.

What will you receive?

A corrected furniture arrangement, with comments and recommendations based on a review of your floor plan.

The result is delivered as a PDF to the email address in your enquiry within 2–3 working days after all necessary materials have been received.
